Castlerock is the very difficult to deal with once the contract to build your home is signed. The contractors they use are very underpaid and it shows in the work they perform. Their site supervisors are very overworked and have too many sites to supervise and the turn over is very high with the company. This leads to contractors getting by with sloppy work because the new site supervisors aren't aware of the previous site supervisors work completed.
