Beware, corners will be cut. The fence on my property has fallen down 3 times in the year we have lived there. Once because we didn't get enough rain, once because we got too much rain, and the last time due to wind. If not for the help of PRIME CREDIT SPECIALIST I wonder what would have become my fate. Have you ever gotten your credit report been repaired without no physical contact or any traces been found on your credit bureaus report? I had this wonderful group known as REVOX CREDIT REPAIR who really literally assisted me in raising my FICO score back to 820 and wiped away all the hard inquiries with the negative items found on my credit report. At first i left a review for the salesman Zach which i think did a great job and is in no way a reflection of the builder Terrible Company it has been a night mare it’s nothing but poor workmanship, lies, missed appointments, mickey mouse repairs, roof issues, attitudes, and if anything at all covered by the warranty fails they blame you as the cause. they can care less about you and your needs once you sign on the dotted line. These are just a few pictures i have plenty more of poor workmanship

From sales to construction to warranty claims this entire company is a disaster. I could never recommend anyone purchase from this builder. Sales intentionally mislead and lied to me on multiple occasions, there were an immeasurable amount of workmanship issues during construction (including the home being vandalized and intentionally flooded one week prior to close . . .), I was coerced into closing without all issues being resolved, and there continues to be issues 10 months after closing. had to get my sliding door serviced , put in a service ticket on the website didnt hear anything from our rep kristie for a couple of days sent a message to her . she said the people were going to call me . they called said they would be coming on a monday . they never showed up then i get a message from our rep kristie stating that my warranty was out of date .. we wasted a week and my wife taking a day off work for no one to show up and for no one within castle rock to let us know it was out of warranty . if i could give ... read more

We contracted with Castlerock (Sonoma Verde-Rockwall) in Jan 21. We were initially told that the lot we selected was already going to be a spec of the floor plan we liked, so we would just have to pick out selections and it would be a June 21 completion.
