I'm rating this with one star because they false advertise to be a "safe" and "guarded" community! My fiancé has had things stolen twice now out of the back of his truck including a welder and a yeti cooler and both were locked down secure and cut out of his vehicle. I have had numerous things stolen from my door and around our apartment including a bike and doormat. My friend had her car broken into and her purse stolen! It's just utterly ridiculous. The complex is always dirty, the gates never work, and management is horrible. It took them over 3 weeks to fix a broken toilet. They don't pay any attention to the roommate matching sheet (they tried to put me in a unit with dogs and I'm allergic). The pool water this past month started to look green. The cherry on top was that I had a bad roommate situation that they told me to not contact the police over. On top of that, they charged me $200 to be switched to a different unit that was vacant.
I have lived here for two years and have never had a problem with the service or maintenance! The renovations have really made this place an amazing place to stay! Management is always on top of things and willing to help with whatever I am having problems with! I always feel I can come to the front with any problems, questions or concerns and we can come to a resolution!
Clean and neat complex. Maintenance is kind and helpful. Staff is great. Awesome amenities that I use daily. Spacious rooms. First stop on shuttle bus. Great property manager who generally cares about the tenants. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
If I could give it zero stars I would. This was my first apartment and I got lured by the upgrades and somewhat low rent. But in reality this place sucks. Management is crappy. They don't respond to emails. They've tried to overcharge me on rent and electricity bills. Maintenance is not helpful. They've came by 3 times to fix the A/C & heater. Took them 2 tries to fix my toilet, the dishwasher broke down. The units are low key filthy. We had a roach problem (we kept our unit pretty clean) & they didn't even bother to fix it ... read more
