Worst management company I know. I have a lease that includes water, but apartment is charging water through simplebills. Rent check is sent and cashed but not credited. Bank needs to get involved to settle their mistakes. I have been calling for two days and leaving messages, but no one returns the calls. What a nightmare. Save yourself some stress and rent someplace else. Update on 10-6-17... Alicia made contact with me and took care of the water issue immediately. This morning it was removed from SimpleBills.
