in the short time I've lived here I have absolutely no complaints!! I definitely recommend this apartment complex if you have a dog, the staff loves them and there is a huge grassy area for them to explore, not to mention the oversized dog park they have! new management has been great so far, very happy with my home :)

Management and staff are beyond rude and if you're ok with being lied to (on more than one occasion), sign up today! It's worth the extra money to live somewhere else. The apartment itself is okay and I like the relaxed environment of the complex itself.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Avoid at all costs! I had problems from the day I moved in. Room smelled like dog and piss. The prior renters dog had tore up everything. The carpets were infested. I left the room a 1000 times cleaner than I inherited in, and they want to charge me $75 for cleaning services. Terrible management! You get what you pay for. Which in university heights case is the smell of urine.

The actual apartment wasn't that bad, except for outdated appliances and crappy carpet. The management is extremely unhelpful though and the staff don't seem to communicate very well. I was pretty happy to leave this place.

They charged me $50 for leaving my bedroom the way they left it for me in the beginning of the year (Only I didn't leave it as bad).. I had to live with dog pee smelling carpets for 2 weeks and several other problems that took them forever to fix. If I could give this place half a star I would. I definitely DON'T recommend it

University heights is a great place to leave. So close and convenient to everything and the staff is very helpful. Won't mind resigning another year! :)
