The university staff is fantastic. University heights is a very good place to stay at. Its price is manageable for college students and water is included. Who doesn't like free water?
Great staff, especially maintenance, they'll get it done ASAP. They have great events and really try to get to know their residents! Very comfortable space. Always parking available :) overall, very good living space for college students!!
I mean, I've been living at University Heights for the past 3 YEARS so I guess you can say that I like it here. Being the first pick-up on the bus route is super convenient, and I like that I can wake up a little late and still be on time for class. Also, the staff is really friendly and helpful!
Living here is annoying. I've been here for 2 years now. It's time to go because I think it's quite ridiculous for U Heights to be going up on rent even if I do renew. Like really? If I were to renew my lease and live in this place for a 3rd year I'd have to pay MORE? That's stupid. What's being upgraded? Will I get wood floors and bars tools and a dryer that actually freaking works? No? Then why should I be paying more money for the same crap? Please.
I know It's only been a short two months that I've been living here, but i absolutely love it!!! I couldn't imagine living any where else!

We have the best maintenance guys! I will miss this place when I move to LBK!
This property has it all! A soccer field, 18 hole disc golf course, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 basketball courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, and a dog park! Along with a computer lab, fitness center, and tanning bed!
