Very suboptimal service. Installed windows that leaked. They had their expert, Brad, come and take a look. He found a lot of poor caulking that had to be re-done. Brad recommended that they return again to do a water-test to ensure adequate installation and caulking. The owner of the company, Terri, promised to do this, and kept making appointments with me then canceling on me. This has happened at least 4 times. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of having all of my windows supplied by Castlehouse Construction. I am simply a homeowner who built a house and am now building an ADU. I'm not a contractor and so both of my jobs probably represent smaller orders than this company typically deals with. However, I found I received excellent customer service with great detailed information, questions and suggestions on how to get the best product for my two projects. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the project manager came on-site twice to ensure that every detail was perfect. Both the door installation team and the curtain installation team were highly skilled and had a great attitude. We were very pleased.
We are so much pleased with our automatic remote control screen/shade. The high quality of material, excellent service and reasonable price are carried by Castle House. They respond immediately with our calls and needs. They’re like family! My hats off to Mr. Brent, Ms. Alizabeth and rest of the wonderful crew. Great experience with Castlehouse from the start to the end of the project. The admin, sales and installers were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions and the correspondence was timely and concise. I would absolutely recommend their business. I had a 9 pane picture window that you would see often in the Clairemont area.
