I've enjoyed living here so far. There are no luxury apartment amenities but the complex stays pretty quiet and chill which is the vibe I was wanting. I've been here through the first month and all seems pretty good so far. There are always small things that can be improved upon but I'm a "let's wait and see" person so I won't complain till I believe it is just negligence. The price is decent for the accommodation.

Castle Terrace Apartments is a great place to call home if you're looking to live in the North Knoxville area. The buildings are older but updated and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the community is safe and quiet. The new management and maintenance team (as of 8 months ago) has done a wonderful job of updating outside lighting and landscaping, and are easy to reach and helpful. A very recommended location, overall.
