I knew this place was different from the moment I walked in the door. Chris has a unique approach to helping people achieve their fitness goals and I love the total body health philosophy of RockStar Fitness. There is no doubt in my mind that if you stick to the customized plan he creates you will get amazing results. If you are looking for a coach/trainer that will hold you accountable and maximize your potential then you need to go see Chris!

Chris was my personal trainer @ the gym by my house and he is AMAZING. For 4 years I had been trying to reach a certain level of fitness. Chris was able to help me accomplish it in 3 MONTHS! He helped me realize that the scale doesn't matter, how to eat correctly without starving myself and most importantly how to love my body.
