RecommendedHad my first virtual workout with Shante this morning and I had my doubts going into it but it was awesome and worked amazingly well!!! I want to share my experience. I used to be an athlete a long time ago, and have drifted far from where I wanted to be. The initial consultation was VERY thorough and helped me see where I have some major weaknesses, and also what strengths I did not know I had. Every session I have had, I have been beyond impressed. RockStar Fitness has some of the best trainers and their facility is awesome! You should definitely stop in if you want some focused attention and would like to see some major results.
