Amazing personal trainers! Shayne always creates workouts that are fun and challenging. He pushes your limits which create positive results. If you want to be stronger and healthier, then this is the perfect place for you!
Was having some bad posture problems for a variety of reason. Started working out with Shane at Rockstar and immediately started seeing the results. Chris, the owner, has a great facility and his team has the right attitude and knowledge to get you back in shape.
Chris & his team at Rockstar Fitness are serious game changers! When I met Chris, I was overweight and depressed from having a baby, I was kind of lost on my journey and just had no idea how to get out and build myself up again and Chris changed all of that. His friendly yet militant approach to training and nutrition was the push I needed to positively change my life and start practicing healthy routines! I cannot recommend Chris and Colleen enough! They truly saved me from going the wrong way and I'm forever grateful!

Chris Vogel is great! He knows how to train the right way. Building muscle right is key. He knows how ti set a pace for a class large or small. He also is more than just a personal trainer, he is also about the whole body health. This includes your whole life! Professional and integrity about everything. He has also great business connections and resources! I highly recommend him and also his wife, a great nutritionist. They both also care about people above all and will teach you how to be healthy.
