Mark and Gretchen replaced a water heater for me today and did a great job. Mark provided an estimate over the phone ahead of time and the actual price was very close. Work was done on time and they were respectful of my home. They paid attention to little details, like writing the date of installation on the side of my water heater, and filling out my product registration form for me. Mark is a great, down to earth, and reasonably priced plumber. We have an old house in Mt Lebo and discovered water leaking from the back of our bathtub faucet. I’d been so anxious to find a plumber knowing it can be tough in this area to find one who won’t overcharge. Mark came over and immediately gave me 2 estimates, talking me through all the details for both. I felt confident in my decision and he was able to do the fix quickly the next day.
