Maria and Cyndi have managed my student rental near Cal Poly for several years now. It is important to me that my tenants are treated kindly and with respect .They have definitely been a perfect choice!
We cannot express how wonderful Castle Keepers is to work with. They are professional and kind. Where many rental companies think of you as a number, Castle Keepers is like family. They advocate on behalf of the tenant and the owner. My family and I (tenants) experienced some issues and they were quick to response in less then 24 hrs. Although we didn't end up renting a place from Castle Keepers, Cyndi was still amazing to work with. She responded quickly to all our questions and was very transparent throughout the whole application process. 5/5 experience!!
We were tenants at a property managed by Castle Keepers and cannot speak more highly of them. There were so on top of everything and handled all the paperwork with the utmost professionalism. In addition, at one point we had a water heater fail before Thanksgiving and they were in constant communication with us as to fixing it and even offered to get us passes to the local gym to shower. Renting with Castle Keepers is by far the best rental experience I've ever had!! The place we rented was in amazing condition and any minor problem that comes up gets addressed right away by Cyndi and Maria! Would 100% recommend renting from them :)
