This was our first time in Rapid City and the staff was very helpful with everything and the rooms were kept nice and fresh on our return to the hotel every day. We will always go back when ever we visit the area. thank you to the staff!
I stay at this hotel several times a month during the summer and once or twice a month during the winter, depending on the weather. I live 45 miles from Rapid City, but its nicer and easier to stay here then drive home. Manager & staff are very friendly and will let me sleep late if I arrive late; I can park my truck where I can see it and the pool is a Big Bonus in the summer. Very family friendly and affordable, and much more personable than the "big name" hotels. The coffee is always on, too (and thats important to me).
We will stay at this hotel. The rooms are huge, the beds comfortable. You also get a frige, and microwave and the room was clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price.
I prefer to support local business when I go somewhere rather than the big corporate hotels.The room had a mini fridge and microwave, but the shower head was so low I had to bend down wo wash my hair... my 6 husband had to get on his knees. The sheet were clean but well worn. And while a queen sized, was sagging severely, and it made for a very uncomfortable night. It was nice to have WiFi access, but that is almost standard at every hotel these days. We will stay in Rapid City twice a year... we will not be staying here aga... read more
