ZERO STARS I reluctantly made an appt here a few weeks ago because I had something on my back which was very painful. I say reluctantly because all other derms that I know were booked and after visiting this office in the past I swore I would never visit again. All this office is concerned with is money. I have strange type of eczema on my whole body which was really disturbing my body and life. I got anxiety about it so I made an appointment with doctor Ghasri , a great dermatologist who I have seen before.he ,as always with a smile came in to the room,first made sure that I am calm and then prescribed a medication that I picked up immediately and used it ! It’s only half an hour and I feel much better. He is a very educated and kind doctor
Very good doctor but extremely rude office staff / techs who don’t even know why my follow up appointment was scheduled and still not able to answer me after question . Angie met me with rudeness and stating „it was too early in the morning to deal with clients like me „ when I as a client have a right to know for the reason of my follow up visit and paying a $100 copay . I was so taken back by the rudeness and her arrogance I walked out of the office before seeing the doctor
Excellent office and excellent level of knowledge. I travel hours to see the Doctors at Castle.
Our whole family comes here—amazing doctors, top-tier skin care treatments, a beautiful office, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
