They have a scam going regarding “deep cleaning” and dont explain it very well. The tell you are not eligible for a regular cleaning....Deep cleaning is over 500 dollars...: They Were very rude when confronted regarding not being explained things fully and flippant
I took my 12 year old for a check up, to the Santa Ana location due to pain , the person or dentist attending my son said to comeback the next day to see the regular dentist who does root canals.hetold me that medical pays only pennies and that they had a specialist for root canals but was over 1000. The next day appt. They were unprofessional and felt discriminated because we have medical insurance. They were not nice anymore .
In need of Pediatrician Dentists as Adults Dentists at facility are unable to assist. Poor service in a simple procedure of tooth sealants and exam for minors. Completely covered my child with blue soap in excess prior to drying teeth. Unnecessary and poor service. Hygienists unable to perform basic exam and usage of tools. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I received at my visit to the Hendersonville, TN office. When scheduling, I made sure to state multiple times that my son and I needed cleanings. The person who made our appointments said that there would be no problem with that. I reiterated that ample time needed to be scheduled for our appointments because this was the only day that I could come in. I was reassured that there would be no problems at all. It is no wonder that this business has a D- rating from BBB. I wish I could give one half of a star for their poor quality customer service. They were 45 minutes behind schedule for all appointments and that was just to move from the waiting room to an exam room just to wait again. What should have taken 45 minutes to an hour tops took over 2 hours. Poor time management. On top of the wait, the technician taking the imaging cut the roof of my mouth and cheek. Made an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted today and was unable to see the surgeon due to missing equipment. My appointment was at 8am and as soon a I arrived the receptionist informed me that it would take up to an hour before the doctor could see me since they were picking up the equipment. After an hour goes by the receptionist calls me over and informs me that I would not be seen due to the missing equipment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been dealing with billiing issues since December. All awhile promised this would be taken care of and my account wouldn't go into collections. After calling and emailing for months. Finally in March I'm told they made an error in billing and I had to pay an additional $508 to what was already being financed. Stop treating your patients like they are objects on an assembly line. Your Orthodontist (DR> AHMAD RABI) on Murfreesboro Pike (Nashville, TN) doesn't really know what he is doing. For the pass 4 visits, my bite has not improve nor has the straightening because he isn't really engaged. Just getting people in and out. I would have to say he is just sleep working, not woke. Horrible!!! I had an appointment for my daughter and myself in November, 2018 and they texted me the day before to confirm my appointment. I left work early and took my daughter out of school to attend our dentist appointments. When I got to their office, I was told the hygienist called in sick and they were not able to see me. This is wrong on so many levels.
