I bought a used car in May and opted out of the warranty $3,500. The accounting guy told us that the money would be sent to the bank that provided the loan, but after five months, I still haven’t received it. Be careful.
Felix in sales was very pleasant to work with. He answered all of our questions and was very patient the entire process. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a new vehicle.
