Caring doctor, always asks how you are one of the best doctors I’ve had 🩷
Dr. Castillon is the best. The wait time is always very minimal. The location is convenient and I appreciate that the times I have had an appointment the office is very clean and not a lot of patients at one time. So sad to see this doctor leaving Laredo. I have rated 3 stars because this time was very unpleasant interaction with front office staffer. Don't arrive early. I was scolded by the front receptionist for arriving early and coming into the office. If they want patients to wait outside they should lock their door. Ri... read more
Dr Castillon is compassionate and knowledgeable but his communication to patients is lacking. I need more clarification and education about my health and procedures but he usually seems preoccupied to meet this need.
