House of Mold I fell in love with the apartment initially for the convenience of the property layout and my apartment layout because I am disabled. Then immediately after I moved in, I kept comming down with weird ailments! That's when I began to inspect the apartment a little closer. I found out that the apartment is flooded by the HVAC all of the time and the vents and attached duct work holds storm drain water due to collapsed lines under my unit!
