We got our Wedding rings there years ago, and my husband got my birthstone and mothers ring also, they are so nice about cleaning them for free every 6 months and tighten them if needed, we always recommend them, so nice and friendly and reasonable, stand behind everything, thanks for your years of service!
We have a summer cottage near Gloversville and visited Castiglione's for the first time about three years ago because of a Pandora sale. We've since been back to purchase more Pandora and other pieces of their fine jewelry. They have a wonderful selection of nice pieces for a small town jewelry store. The staff is always very helpful and makes you feel glad you came in even if you don't buy. We frequently are waited on by the owner, Andy. I need a gold chain...we'll be stopping in again soon.

My husband bought our engagement and wedding rings at Castiglione Jewelers. We are very pleased with them. They have repaired a few pieces that were not even purchased there and did an excellent job at reasonable prices.

Will never shop there again. We bought an engagement ring which they sized on the wrong hand and when a called to get it resized they quoted me a lower price then they tried to charge me when I came in. Very rude owner or manager, not sure. Take your business elsewhere

I bought a pandora bracket here about a year ago , the end slipped out I thought oh I bought local no prob they'll make good for it ... I brought it in today with my recite first the lady accused my fiancée of "slipping it over her wrist " which she never did ,then she brought it in the back for a minute came back out and informed me your not supposed to get it wet (which is completely irrelevant to the issue ) and there was nothing she could do for me ...
