I lost a diamond from my wedding band while on vacation in Cape Cod. I took it to Castigliones hoping it could be replaced. They replaced the lost diamond and repaired my ring. It looks better than ever. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job!!!
My family members and I have been customers since the 1930's. I remember visiting the store with my great Aunt year after year. The staff always has been very friendly, patient and knowledge then and continues to be. I am a customer now and would never consider going anywhere else! Castiglione Jeweler's is definitely one of Gloversville's Finest stores!
Called castiglione to see if they where open they said "yes until 5" we said "okay we will be right over" Arrived to the store at 440 and the doors where locked. Two women behind the counter watched us. Never came to the door or asked if it was something quick or said "sorry we closed early". We got in our car and 15 minutes later they walked out.
