I would not use this company again. As someone with a physical disability who depends on caregivers for essential daily assistance, I need reliable and professional care. Unfortunately, I repeatedly received caregivers I considered unprofessional, unreliable, and below the standard I expected. Staffing was a constant problem. My experience with this company became extremely negative, and I ultimately had to leave and find another provider. As someone with a physical disability who depends on caregivers for essential daily assistance, reliability and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly sent caregivers whom I considered low quality, unreliable, and unprofessional. Glenn explained clearly a simple procedure which could not be explained by healthcare providers in Charlotte for nearly 2 months. We have been trying to get help with our elderly grandparents and could not for some reason get a straight and simple answer as to how we go about getting home assistance while them being on medicaid. In 2 minutes literally this gentleman explained the steps....1,2,3 done. Thank you sir!
