From start to finish, this company has been exceptional to work with! I ordered a very large custom dining table for a VIP client. The table was hand-made in Italy. From the time I ordered and all throughout the process, the team kept me updated on the status and estimated ship date. I had a lot of questions and special circumstances that they navigated with precision and professionalism. When the table arrived, it was everything and more, truly a work of art! Impecable service and delivery
Terrible company who shows up on google maps as a show room and when you go there it is only some admin office and no show room and nothing to see before you buy. You can only buy by phone without seeing what you are buying and they don’t bother telling people there is no show room in Miami as it shows on gogole maps as there is a show room and there is nothing here in 701 Brickell, Miami.
