Bought another Pacini and Capellini table. This is one of my favorite Italian furniture companies. The Canelletto Walnut never disappoints. Cassoni is a fantastic furniture company with wonderful customer service from start to finish. The product is packed perfectly. Nice to know great customer service still exists.

Exceptional products, frustrating customer experience. We made an order and paid for it early November, with promise of 3 month delivery. We only got our bed in May (6 month after we paid the invoice), with Maria being silent about all the delays, having us to ping her every time they slip yet another deadline.
