When I called and told Mike about the sound my brakes were making, he said Cassill Service was booked solid. However, he didn't want me driving with bad breaks, so he asked if I could drop my car off and he would work it in. I dropped it off on Wednesday night and Friday morning he called with an estimate. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does not pressure you. They are honest about the vehicles. They are willing to work with you. After you are a customer they do not push you aside. They continue the relationship with a great service department. They get you in ASAP. Don is a great salesman to work with.
Today I had the pleasure of working with reggie he was Amazing! So honest and not pushy at all with cars he made sure I was comfortable I gave him a budget and he got it and was just overall great guy to work with! I love Cassill Motors, they treat you with respect. When you want to buy a vehicle it doesn't take all day. Very easy to set up oil changes and get you in and out in a timely manner. Sunroof had a funny noise and Adam knew exactly what it was. Chad gave me a ride to and from my appointment. My truck broke down around 4 pm, i called Jordan Ingles and gave him a description of what I needed, he called me back in 5 minutes with a perfect fit. He provided car fax, and even made it part of the deal to repair a couple small imperfections, which I didn't have to even ask for. They just did it.
