I am currently in the process of beginning a lease with a house managed by this company ! So far so good, they are very protective of there property owners interests and very communicative and accommodating to any questions I have as a renter. The process they have is a bit confusing but they are more than happy to help! ( will continue to review and update as the process develops) Thank you to Andrew for being so kind and helpful during this stage!

I rented from Cassidon from April 2022 to January 2024. They were easy to reach when I had maintenance issues and always took care of things in a timely manner. I kept my apartment in good condition and they even returned my full deposit when I cleared out of there. I recommend them to anyone.
PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH ANY INFO ABOUT ISSUES YOU’VE HAD WITH CASSIDON. This property management company is an absolute joke. They refuse to fix major problems that have been brought to their attention numerous times. Worst experience renting in my entire life.
