Dr. Nylander and Kelley are fantastic! They made transitioning from a traditional healthcare system to a concierge preventative and proactive healthcare plan incredibly easy and comfortable. They truly prioritize patient needs and make me feel welcome and valued, regardless of the time of day, including weekends. They’ve been incredibly accessible through call, text, and email. I don’t typically write reviews, but It’s pretty rare that I can go to a checkup and feel at ease from the jump. My first time at Cassia was a seamless and calming experience. Kelly and Dr. Nylander took great care of me, they gave me thorough explanations of what the exam would consist of and broke down the results to me in a way that makes sense. Any subtle signs of uneasiness from me was remedied with reassurance, amazing staff and overall ambience!
