One star because it doesn't matter how good you are if you cant even get in the damn door. We wanted to find a new internist for mom. Appt. was one month out. The day before the appt. we got the catch all "due to covid" excuse for poor planning, disregard of patient care and putting corporate greed first, that doctor hours were reduced. I don't understand why she is making a big deal out of refilling a birth contraceptive pill...? I called the office explaining that I want to switch to IUD and I got an appointment with OB/GYN. I only needed a refill for a month until my appointment and yet she wanted me to schedule a "medication review" office visit. Like, seriously? Mind you, I am a 29 yrs old healthy individual with no medication other than the contraceptive pill! What are we even reviewing!?
Very nice, but definitely not as diligent as I would like my regular internist to be. She seemed to brush the majority of my concerns off to the side.
Great doctor. She's on the ball and nice. Happy to have her. Her staff is very nice too.
Dr. Lall (Fairview Oxboro in Bloomington, MN) is amazing. Knowledgeable, analytically sound, sincerely caring.
Polite but a bit condescending. Much like being served by a self absorbed teen at a Mac Donald's drive-thu. Will not visit again.
