I came in for syncope. No physical examination performed, no blood test order, no table test, no neurological examination. She basically told me to go home, rest, and stay hydrated. I was expecting a referral to a specialist to better understand my concerns, I got NOTHING.
Knowledgeable, good listener, and felt like a conversation that was helpful for me. She listened to my concerns and met me halfway as a layperson with plans for treatment at present, as well as future considerations.
My recent visit with Dr. Lall was outstanding. She was thorough, she listened well, she was patient, and she made a very careful and thorough diagnosis of my condition. This was followed by a recommended course of action that included the reasons for the actions, and the next steps down the decision tree. I couldn't have been more pleased.
She doesn't listen well to health health issues. Doesn't take complete notes when I tell her about my conditions. She doesn't spend enough time with patients. She seems to always be in a rush every appointments I had with her. She's getting paid so much money for not taking care of me. I kept her being my PCP because I don't want to change doctor and start over again. She was ok when I had my first visit, after that, she seems to be no compassion.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I had an urgent and concerning health issue a couple months ago and couldn’t get into my primary for a few weeks, so I scheduled with Dr. Lall because she had an opening. Her bedside manner was awful, just a cold person, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She seemed concerned about what I was experiencing and ordered a full blood work up, but said we should plan for an MRI too. I was terrified but did everything that was suggested. I went for the MRI about a week later and as so... read more
She comes off as imperious and does not appear to have compassion for her patient. Feedback and communication skills seem to be lacking. Her responses to her patient are from her staff, thus distancing her from the patient. This is not a primary care physician I would ever recommend to a close or even a casual friend.
She just does things right for me, just as Dr. Elert had done.
I had three visits with Dr. Lall. The first was rushed and unhelpful. The second one was for shortness of breath which was not mentioned in my record. I have two long-time diagnoses with conflicting treatments. I understand the risks of the plan I’ve settled on with my previous internist and specialists. During my last difficult appointment, she told me she didn’t trust me, I was adversarial and did not hear me agree to her recommendation after she answered additional questions. Her progress notes were inaccurate and judgmen... read more
Not empathetic. Didn’t want to take over care as my pcp because she doesn’t agree with adderall prescription that I’ve been on for 10 years with same dosage and without any complications . I will go elsewhere. Get same medications just better bedside manner.
