Wish I could rate a negative number/star. This company has no regard for renting a safe home. I was rented a home with ALL windows caulked shut (huge fire safety issue), mold issues, and rusty sinks (ingesting rust can be fatal especially to those under 6 years old and cause other symptoms like nausea & vomiting). Some issues (the cheap fixes-so definitely not the mold or rusty sinks) were addressed while others were handled inappropriately.
