Was checking in for an appointment with the Dermatologist and then they called up front to tell me they were canceling my appointment because I was 10mins late, even tho the front desk was checking me and my husband in at the same time. That is so disgraceful.
Went to ER because I broke my ankle. They took excellent care of me. Every nurse and doctor treated me very kind and kept me well informed on what was happening. They ended up admitting me and getting a surgery scheduled the next morning. I was very impressed by all the staff. From the nurses aid to the surgeon and the anesthesiologist, everyone took great care of me! Thank you all so much!
I normally only use Cass as my hospital because of the professionalism of the staff. Tonight was not the case. I have a long standing medical history of having kidney infections/UTIs/etc and the staff tonight treated me as if I was drug seeking! I told them my pain level was a 9 (I never say 10 because I've had children and NOTHING compares to that, not to mention, I did one naturally) and they never even told me what to do. I went last night due to what I thought was a spider bite on my skull. The nurse acted like I was drug seeking. The doctor on the other hand was professional and diagnosed a lymphatic issue on the base of my skull. He explained that it was in the spinal chain and ordered two shots to relieve the pressure and put me on high dose of antibiotics. I feel more comfortable today. I had a great experience! The nurses and staff truly cared about how I felt! It definitely changed my thoughts on hospitals! Thank you so much for being nice and respectful and truly listening! God bless these girls!
I was seen by The Wound Clinic, my doctor is Dr. Chisum. He is a great doctor and all of his nurses are so nice.
