Cecil, the Auxiliary gentleman, was so kind and helpful and his actions reminded me that chivalry isn’t dead! I clearly had too many things in my hands that I was trying to get to the second floor and he literally took everything off of my hands — he got me a wheelchair, that he pushed, and carried my large bag for me. I was only expecting him to help retrieve a wheelchair and get the elevator for me, but he went above and beyond my expectations. RecommendedI had no wait. I had a question about when my culture results would be back. The lab phlebotomist checked with a lab tech and got right back to me. I appreciated the timely follow up.
The doctor I was sent to see was a specialist. He came in and saw me for approximately 5-6 minutes, asked a couple brief general questions ordered the same lab work that had just been done by my referring physician and gave me paperwork on fibromyalgia. I have a proper diagnosis of SLE from 22 years ago and have had ongoing testing for this disease over the years.. Not to mention you cannot dx someone based off a 5 minute meeting. And to think I waited several months for this appointment!

RecommendedThe staff are exceptional, care about your comfort and make sure things explained in a way you understand. Most services available in a timely manner. Cafeteria is a must stop and gift shop has a good selection. Staff from administrative to volunteers are friendly and make sure your visit or stay are comfortable.
They are full of wonderful people who actually care about you!
I've been going here since I was a kid and I feel welcomed, always. Hard workin people, always there to help!!!
