Makes me feel safe and cared for! I have always gotten a call back in a timely fashion when requested. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Cass Regional and staff especially my doctor Aaron Travis a 9 ! Dr. Decker and get staff were wonderful and friendly the whole time. She was quick to see me and treat me. The whole experience was fast and painless. Her nurse was so quick with a strep test and was quick to apologize for the experience. I would definitely recommend these ladies to everyone.

RecommendedDr James Johnson in the pain management clinic is so knowledgeable about everything that I have questions on. He is very good, and has a great sense of humor. He cares about his patients and takes his time with you never pushes you out the door in a hurry.
I love them! From the receptionists, the nurses, the doctors, all of them, they're so incredibly nice and helpful. Our main doctor is Dr. Decker and we just adore her. But honestly I would be comfortable taking my family to anyone here.
RecommendedReceived a very quick response both at the reception area and going into medical imaging. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was there for a very short period of time and receive very good care.
