RecommendedThe physician was really good. He listened. Really listened. He didn’t make me feel like a hypochondriac LOL. I had stopped saying anything about how I felt or how bad I hurt I was referred to me by my primary. Everyone was very nice and friendly, even the doctor. He validated what i was reporting to him. For first time in my life I was being taken serious.

RecommendedIt’s clean, the staff is friendly. I’ve had 5 or 6 procedures done here and have had a good experience every time.
They always get me in to see someone that day if I call early, not always my preferred Dr but they get me seen. The Drs and nurse practitioners are all great people they listen to you work with you, to get the right diagnosis. They don’t run you through like a bunch of cattle. I have never had to wait in total waiting room, and in patient room together more than 15 minutes. Actually I am usually 15 minutes early and will be coming out of the appointment 5 minutes after the appointment was to start.
Recommended20 months ago , after coming home deathly ill from Texas, the staff of Cass Regional saved my son's life and cared for him for over a month. They lovingly referred to him as " The Maggot Man" due to being the first patient there to receive maggot therapy to save an infected leg. He loved the attention! Every person there treated him and our family with the greatest respect! From the billing department to the cleaning crew, each helped my son heal in their own way!
