Had an appointment with Dr. Decker I loved her! She took all the time she needed with me and listened to me as a patient. Excellent!
Was checking in for an appointment with the Dermatologist and then they called up front to tell me they were canceling my appointment because I was 10mins late, even tho the front desk was checking me and my husband in at the same time. That is so disgraceful.
Went to ER because I broke my ankle. They took excellent care of me. Every nurse and doctor treated me very kind and kept me well informed on what was happening. They ended up admitting me and getting a surgery scheduled the next morning. I was very impressed by all the staff. From the nurses aid to the surgeon and the anesthesiologist, everyone took great care of me! Thank you all so much!
I normally only use Cass as my hospital because of the professionalism of the staff. Tonight was not the case. I have a long standing medical history of having kidney infections/UTIs/etc and the staff tonight treated me as if I was drug seeking! I told them my pain level was a 9 (I never say 10 because I've had children and NOTHING compares to that, not to mention, I did one naturally) and they never even told me what to do.
