Today was my first day . I was a little nervous. But after about 5 mins I was so relaxed. My stylist answer all my questions and helped me pick great colors . Thank you I will be back
I have never been the type of person who goes to a salon regularly and schedules follow up appointments. But this place is amazing and I highly recommend it. They were so sweet and kind to me. And I even got a thank you card in the mail a few weeks later thanking me for coming in! This place is phenomenal.

I visited Cass & Co. for the first time last week & Katie was my stylist! She made my experience wonderful! She was so fun and left my long locks looking gorgeous! She knew exactly what I wanted from the start! Already looking forward to my next visit...I'm a client for life!

Jordan is the best. She has performed magic with my hair for years. She has also higighted, cut trimmed both my teen age daughters. Not to mention prom updos. Love Cass and company and all their staff!!!!!

I liked how my hair turned out but Stylist was not interested in communicating with me or getting to know me. She also forgot my hand treatment. I did not receive a tour even though this was my first time there. I was not offered coffee or wine but saw other guests that were enjoying their beverage. Apparently wine is only offered to guests who have been attending often. My gift card was not used as a gift card and I did not receive my 35% off for being a new guest.
