Alicen is amazing! I have really dark hair that's tough to lift to blonde and she nails it..I'm obsessed with my hotheads extensions too!
I recommend Rebecca Greene as your stylist. She's been doing my hair forever. Really sweet and charming! Is extremely articulate and makes sure she does what you want.
I have been a client for a couple years. I showed up for what I thought was a 3:30pm appointment to find out it was actually at 3:15pm. I was turned away and told I needed to reschedule. I understand businesses and schedules, but how many times have I waited for them when they are late. I never complain to pay $50 for a haircut that takes 30-45 minutes and I tip well. I like my stylist, but I won't be back. Think outside the box to save 15 minutes...say you can't wash it or fix it before I go, ok...I just want it cut. Very r... read more

Very unprofessional and rude. Granted I may look young but these people were not kind to me. The blonde receptionist lady at the front desk was very rude to me. I got my makeup done here and was NOT impressed, rather embarrassed. Glad we didn't book here for wedding hair/makeup!
I have only been here once. Had to wait an hour past my appointment time to get in. Really please with the haircut. I had another appointment for today and just received a call from Cass & Company saying the 1130 appointment I made back in Feburary was going to have to be delayed until noon because of a scheduling conflict. I made the appointment so that I could be seen at that time; especially since I made it so long ago. Really disappointed with the scheduling here and I won't be back.
I've been to several salons in the 5 1/2 years I've lived here. I kept coming back here. I was trying to save money, but found quickly you get what you pay for. I have always had great cuts and color. Always offered a drink and complimentary mini-massage. Never rushed. The great service begins with the front desk and throughout the entire appointment. My daughters, ages 18 through age 7 have been given the same treatment. A big shout out to Chelsea, our favorite stylist!!!
I love Cass and Co. Chelsea always does an amazing job. She gets me :)
