The front desk is friendly and great but had a bad experience with Mimi. First, I personally did not like the location and how small the location is especially when there are a LOT of patients trying to do their therapy. Second, I was very dizzy with BPPV and usually need my partner to come in with me to keep my anxiety calm and for me to hold onto. El trato es muy bueno, todo el personal es amable y servicial.
There's a light shining forth from the SE corner of the old Northpark Medical Center in Santa Ana. The building is timeworn, the architecture more utilitarian than art deco, but the inside is clean and the environment filled with patience and kindness. Mimi, Mary, and their staff of licensed therapists are motivated by care and compassion above compensation and genuinely care about each individual patient.
