Stay clear! They will make it out to be the best place in town to live! We have been without working air conditioning for 5 weeks now!! Belinda the property manager had the nerve to tell me to buy better curtains or blinds to keep the sun out! The ac unit is broken- nothing to do with curtains...we have made approximately 12 work orders (bc they come and troubleshoot and have no clue how to fix it). Finally called Belinda and she has told me a new condensing unit would be put in "tomorrow"- we have heard "tomorrow" for 2 wee... read more

Been asking for maintenance for over a month since the day we moved in and no one has come over to fix anything. When we first moved in we found at least more that 20 sharp nails in the carpet. My daughter could have easily picked it up and put it in her mouth. Our apartment gets to 82 degrees during the day because the AC doesn't work, had problems with mosquitoes and roaches(my daughter had mosquito bites all over her body), the handle on the refrigerator is completely broken off, and holes in the door. RecommendedI have seen this property over a period of 16 years and it has never looked better. The manager and staff are incredible and very professional. I had an opportunity to visit with the manager and she was pleasant, knowledgeable and energetic. She and her staff really looked like they enjoyed their jobs and this property is lucky to have them.

I love my new place! Great amenities! Wonderful accommodation's! The ladies in the office are very helpful and nice! There are no apartment complexes in #CorpusChristi like this one! #ThisisHome
I have been living here for about 9 months now and I love it. Maintenance took care of my workorders very quickly and they were always very nice. I also love the fact that there is a dog park.

It's liveable. Although we've lived here only a couple of years, we report the same issue on a leaking roof over my bed that has never been fixed. Every time it rains hard I'm awaken to dirty water droplets on my head. Never pleasant especially at 3 am. I'm not sure if my maintenence requests are just being thrown away or not but we never hear back and the leak is only getting larger.

The Management is very rude. And service takes forever. They installed new toilets and it is too big. They never apologized and admit they made a mistake. They insist I move into another apartment. They keep raising my rent. They laugh at me behind my back and give me the run-a-round.
I was very happy with my apt until I noticed last night that somebody stole my little brand new maroon Brinkman bar b q pit right from my patio. They literally had to come up on my patio and take it. Very upsetting

All apartment complexes have issues. Maintenance here is super slow in fixing things (and it sometimes takes them a few tries to get it in somewhat working order) and some of the neighbors have no respect for others. Stray cats everywhere, but management is trying to clean them up.
