Getting anything fixed in this place is a joke. AC has been out for almost a week. No hot water for 2 weeks last November. Tires on vehicles getting slashed in the parking lots. You guys can do better!

rent went up even though im in an all bills paid, and contracted for all bills paid for a year. nails sticking up through the carpet, black mold, maintenance not responsible if something goes missing after a fix(its in the contract). fire extinguisher has not been tested since 2015, and the management would rather evict you rather than help you. ive been here 5 years. its the worst its ever been.
DO NOT RENT HERE! My 88 year old mother has been without hot water for 2days, manager Sonya Washington keeps promising ''they're working on it, they needed a special part", she comes across very unprofessionally, and is a bully even to her maintenance men. I have contact corporate office at Eureka Property Management, and consulting an attorney to file a Small Claims suit for failure to comply with rental agreement regarding 'health related' repairs. There is mold under air handler and they refuse to remediate this.
new management is absolutely horrible! keep your money and move anywhere but here.
this is a horrible place to live management changes hands like a dirty tampon. i renewed my lease because i like our unit specifically. 2 months in a row i have been over charged for rent. i called and spoke to someone and it was supposed to be fixed while waiting i discussed my displeasure with people SIX COUNT IT SIX other people they do this to. i have been served notoce to vacate even tho i have paid rent in full and given 3 days to do so. while discussong our distain for having to worry about our homes while at work CCP... read more
