I recently had a air conditioning unit installed by (Dun RiTE). The scheduling process was straightforward, and the technicians arrived on time. They were highly professional, extremely helpful answering all my questions, and left the area clean.
While the service Ashton provided for this compressor replacement, I'm still concerned that I was charged too much for the Puron. The compressor comes already filled with freon and the loss of freon in the evac and refill of the system should not be what I was charged. And it is disappointing that a 4 year old system requires a new compressor. The explanation I'm given, of course, is the parts are lower quality to keep prices of manufacture down.
I called Dunrite Monday morning after I experienced an issue with my air conditioning not cooling as it should. The outstanding service tech, Kevin, arrived a couple of hours later. Kevin was very thorough and professional and got the unit cooling as it should. He patiently answered all my questions and provided tips and options to hopefully get as much life out of my older unit.
