Amazing experience with Casper: 5 days in and my bedroom still smells like a chemical factory. Headaches every night, and the store’s response? “Totally normal.” No solution, no accountability. If this is your idea of quality, you might want to rethink it. Anyone else?

Great staff! Went to the store on two occasions while shopping for a new bed. Chloe and Justin were super helpful and knowledgeable. Brian and Stephanie helped on the next visit. Overall very pleased with the customer service!
