My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience. We first went into Casper about 2 months ago (Labor day weekend) for the first time and were greeted by Stephanie, who made our in-store experience a 10/10. She showed us all the models of mattresses and shared in great detail the benefits of each one based on what we were looking for. Super happy with our experience at this store. Stephanie was beyond helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She made sure to show us all the products and was patient tailoring the perfect bundle for us. The young man who helped bring the stuff out to us Brian was also very nice and polite. Great experience and great service from the staff! Looking forward to testing out my new mattress.
