In our lease it says a two bedroom is allowed two cars with one parking spot. That was fine, but they put storage boxes in the extra parking and I have no place to park. They gave no notice. They once towed my car for "not being parked" even though it clearly was. The person in The fire lane got a call saying he needed to move his car. He told them that he would move it in the morning. The property is filthy with constantly over flowing trash bins and non existent landscaping. Maintenance requests are constantly ignored. When told about rusting and crumbling bolts on a toilet was told to wait until the toilet wobbles or leaks. Children roam unsupervised damage residents cars and other property. And abandoned apartments are allowed to be used as party zones despite multiple complaints from several neighbors

The apartments are a dump. The new management company Coast Real Estate Services fails to maintain the property trash everywhere. People submit complaints and nothing is done. Maintenance requests are sent in and hardly taken care of. There are no amenities, they charge for an extra reserved spot yet they never enforce the parking rules i.e. having people towed that are occupying someones spot at their apartment or in their reserved spot. THE WORST PLACE TO STAY IF YOUR NOT MEXICAN. TRUST THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE WILL BE THE WORST STEP TO MAKE IN LIFE. HORRIBLE really not cool at all.
