Be sure to add about 20-30 minutes to any estimated time of arrival the dispatcher gives you for pick up. I haven't figured out if the drivers drivers just take other riders in their que before you or if the dispatcher forgets about you until you call back. But you'll need to call back several times to get a never ending 10-15 minutes added on to your wait time.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT THIS CAB COMPANY WOULDN'T PICK MY BROTHER UP IN COUNCIL BLUFFS TO BRING HIM OVER TO BELLEVUE AND I WOULD PAY FOR IT! I HAVE ALWAYS USED THIS COMPANY..... HOW SAD... ITS COLD OUTSIDE. NEVER CALL Y'ALL AGAIN

Drive drove recklessly, was speeding and didn't use signals for most turns. The suspension in the van was horrible I honestly would have rather walked.

pros: Very puntual. They told me 10 mind and arrived like in 8 mins. the car was decently clean and the old guy who was driving was nice and polite. be didn't talk to me Wichita I personally prefer it that way but... Cons: I've taken cabs before from my house to work with other companies but this time even though they were puntual and nice the driver took me to my job using the longer route Wichita never happens before. I'm very close to my job so I usually pay like $8 + tip and these guys took me thru the long route and cha... read more
