Came here for a minor surgery to remove a cyst from one of my many fingers. The wait was not long at all (about a week or so) and Dr. Dowd's assistant answered all my questions. The procedure itself was a breeze. I was greeted by friendly staff who double and triple checked who I was and I needed to get done (great safety). Dr. Dowd took the time to explain the cause of my problem and gave me treatment options. I chose one of the options and I am making good progress healing.
I have had Dr. Dowd for 2 hand surgeries, I believe he is excellent. Great in office interaction, informative and patient. Great experience re 2 surgeries. Great follow up.
Fabulous Doctor, empathetic, listens to concerns and discusses options, a wizard with where he puts cortisone shots and suppresses his surgeon gene when non invasive options are working. Every time I walk in with my right hand in severe pain, the next day I am back to normal.
