My only complaint is no one ever answers the phone anymore, whether is just a general phone call or a maintenance phone call. Other than that we have been renting from Cashwell 2 years and never have had an issue.
I was thinking about renting on of their homes in canyon, however, ever time I called they either didn’t answer or were extremely rude and would hang up as I was speaking. After looking at the reviews I will not be renting whatsoever from this company and would advise you not to either.
Do not rent from them proof is in the pictures no foundation possums living under the house black mold
Mediocre landlord. Poorly maintained homes. Lots of bugs. Crappy storage units. There are many different options in Amarillo. I recommend you find anything else.
