Front desk person was rude, spoke over me, would not let me complete a sentence. This happened 7/27/26 at 8:33am. Hopefully you all have the voice recordings so you can replay her attitude. She also would not give my son an appointment time due to me not having my sons insurance member ID on hand during the phone call. There’s no reason to be treated like this, my advice is to not have this woman on a phone. I’ve scheduled with another provider at this point and will be requesting my son’s records.
They are all really great there ! We love Dr. Newhouse and Nurse Kim !!! They are wonderful!!!
