I purchased a car from here. As part of that I get a copy of the title application and an affidavit stating the information they provided me was correct. When I get the title, it states the odometer is not accurate, thus significantly reducing the value of the car. I am now having to jump through a bunch of hoops to get this corrected with no guarantee that I can. Basically, it kills the value of the car by almost half.
We recently came from out of state to purchase a used vehicle for my son. Kendra was communicative, helpful, professional and patient as we asked for some repairs to be made and ordered a pre purchase inspection. The owner even committed to not selling it before we had a chance to do our vetting. TOP NOTCH. We will be back to purchase vehicles in the future.
