I stopped by Friday afternoon and was looking at a car. I was outside for about five minutes with no salesman coming out. I went inside and asked to see the vehicle, where I was simply given the keys. She did go outside and put a plate in for me. Vehicle had snow tires and AC didn’t work, when informed she said “are you sure”.. probably reason car as been on lot for 122 days

I only had my vehicle for a month before it started to give me problems. The vehicle look good on outside but has hidden problems that they fix long enough to sell. My vehicle oil pan was leaking because they tried to fix it and stripped the plug. Now I have to buy an oil pan and all that goes with it. I asked the lady at desk and Dorian numerous of times was there any problems. They assured me they were none. I bought my first car from them.It is a great car,beautiful,runs excellent,and they even installed a new compressor for free.mileage was low.the staff was great,and did everything as they said they would.im grateful for Ornela and her help.
