I purchased a jeep compass latitude from this place on 10/1/24. Had problems with it the first day. I took it to a shop and they said that the spark plugs were bad. Now cash for cars did pay for my spark plugs and I thought that fixed the problem. I was wrong! On 10/31/24 my car wouldn’t start. My wife and I purchased a Jeep Compass from here and we did have an issue with it. I called Darian and told him what was going on and he helped fixed the problem in a timely manner as he promised, but now a month later after purchasing the vehicle, we are experiencing more issues to where the car doesn’t want to turn on or it will turn off while driving. I'm giving 2 stars because we pretty much walked the entire property before someone came out to assist. They do have a variety of clean vehicles, I can't speak to the financial side because my son chose to use his own bank. I am confident that the stars will go up.

Purchased a 2013 Kia sorento and was not informed of a recall. The engine failed 3 months later and because the recall wasn’t fixed Kia will not honor the warranty. I’m out 10K and have no vehicle now.
