Process was super easy! I filled out the questionnaire and had my price within minutes. Considering the state the vehicle was in, my price was fair and more than expected. It took these people MONTHS of back and forth with their support department to accept my car's title, claiming it was not the most recent one despite it saying so right on the paper. I didn't change anything about the title or any of the information I gave for them, they simply refused to listen or read what was printed on it over and over again.
