I enjoyed the process, although there were a few elements that could've played out better. For example, at least two different people told me they would call me right back and never did, so I would have to call back later that day or the next day. Process was super easy! I filled out the questionnaire and had my price within minutes. Considering the state the vehicle was in, my price was fair and more than expected. Scheduling for pick up was convenient and the driver showed up on time. He was friendly and quick! I handed over the title, got my check and then my van was hooked up and gone. Customer service in the office was helpful and courteous. I’d use again!
It took these people MONTHS of back and forth with their support department to accept my car's title, claiming it was not the most recent one despite it saying so right on the paper. I didn't change anything about the title or any of the information I gave for them, they simply refused to listen or read what was printed on it over and over again.
