They gave me 4 different offers in 2 days. I agreed on a price for my car they called me back 20 minutes later to offer me a a third of the agreed on price as I was about to leave. I declined the new offer. Someone called me back the next day asking if I would trade it in for the original offer I agreed to that. Again I get a call within the hour with a new low ball offer. I would avoid these people like the plague.
Searched cash for junk cars in oahu, this company came up, spoke with a representative...was told they do not buy cars in HI. Update advertising.
The process of selling my car that had engine damage was fairly easy. Online assessment not always accurate and your local Cash for Cars dealer may also change the offer, so you have to get through the whole process to get final price for your car. Agent Benjamin was very helpful and followed thru with me often. Scheduling the towing of my car was a little challenging but they eventually came, took the title and gave me a check for what was promised. I would recommend.
I enjoyed the process, although there were a few elements that could've played out better. For example, at least two different people told me they would call me right back and never did, so I would have to call back later that day or the next day. Also, I had to submit my photos three different times because they didn't go through for whatever reason. Fortunately, I finally got ahold of Ava, who was a pleasure to work with and got things done.
