They were very friendly, gave me a decent price for my car and called 30 min before coming to pick it up, to give me time to meet them. Garrison was a huge help and very professional. I highly recommend this company.
The telephone experience was not good. Each time we were told to call we were on hold 20 minutes to an hour. Eventually we did sell our car and received the check. So get through the phone issues and it will be fine.
