I only wanted to check on how much this company would offer my vehicle. Ever since that day, I have been receiving calls and messages from these people nonstop for days. I already spoke to one of them that I am DECLINING the offer they gave me, but they still bother me on a daily. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE!
Poor service and long wait times are a tedious exercise. Expect to speak with 3 or more people across MANY, many phone calls…or they might just hang up. Copart is scammy
My experience was great friendly people and on time. If I have another car to get rid of I definitely would pick you guys again.
Caroline was extremely rude over the phone. She was offended because I said no thank you to the price offered for my vehicle. I would not recommend this low ball place with rude customer service
