My dog bobo went in with a suspected broken leg as a plumber ran over her with his Ford Ranger. The vets did everything they possibly could to help her. Once they took an x-ray, it was confirmed as broken, but not just any break, the bone had a twisted break. They put a spilt on and told us to come back in a few days to check how things were going. I visited this clinic for a relatively minor eye injury my dog had. I had no issues with the clinical advice or the wait time—I completely understand that other pet owners may have more serious needs. However, I was deeply upset by the vet’s tone during the consultation. Our dog is an anxious rescue who has come a long way through two years of training and patience.
